Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate of any main branches of Science (e.g. BSME, BSECE, BSEE)
- 8-10 years experience in Calibration Laboratory and Line Quality Control
- Work experience in the field of Semiconductor with Automotive experience is a plus
- Able to drive Automotive Mind site in the line, and create Zero defect culture.
- 5 Year relevant work experience in Semiconductor Industry (OSAT Factory)
Job Description:
- Responsible to ensure the Calibration system & effective Quality Control functions aligned as per IATF6949 is effectively in place
- Capable to implement Automotive requirements in Line Quality and Calibration of MT&E and foster Zero defect culture.
- Able to ensure all MT&E are calibrated and drive continuous improvement in Quality KPI.
